Mr. McHugh is a marketer and a producer. He started McQ Marketing Group to help individuals grow their personal brand and companies increase their revenue. 
 

His experience includes being a digital marketing manager at two large New York healthcare companies, being part of the team that launched the Fox Business Network, producing for the top-rated cable television news network in the United States, Fox News Channel and serving as a communications director for a New York State lawmaker.

At Altice USA, he produced the evening news for the News 12 Networks. His regional and local television producing experience includes working at Regional News Network in New York as well as Illinois ABC affiliate WSIL-TV.

Before he moved over to producing, he worked on the production and post production end of the TV industry at ABC and PBS affiliates in the Midwest.

At the age of 16, McHugh started his broadcasting career as an intern at Springfield, Illinois AM radio station WMAY. That led to his first job in radio, while still in high school, working at radio stations Oldies 96.7 and WCVS-AM. He continued his career in radio, working at full service news/talk/classic country station KMHL-AM, classic rock station WYMG, news/talk station WTAX, and oldies FM station Cool 101.9.
